Please send an email to support@blackflourapparel.com with your concern. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for an associate to contact you about the order. 


Once your order has been fulfilled a tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place the order. Please don’t forget to check your spam and junk folders! As a reminder, orders may take up to 1 week to arrive during peak shopping times and holiday seasons.

If you do not receive an email from Black Flour Apparel within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal spam folder. Alternatively, the email address may have been spelled incorrectly.


If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please email support@blackflourapparel.com.


Rest assured, everything is okay! If you haven't seen any movement, your order may not have been processed yet, but no worries! As soon as it does we will be sure to send tracking. As a reminder, all orders may take up to 1 week to ship during peak shopping and holiday seasons.


There are several reasons why your order may have been cancelled:

The item(s) sold out.

There is a delay in replenishment for your item(s).

We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order. If the billing address stated on the order does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.

Note: If your order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order will be issued via store credit. Store credit issued refunds can take up to 1-2 business days to clear. If your order is cancelled and you used an E-Gift Card to purchase, please reuse the E-Gift Card on your next purchase.

In the event that this does happen, it is possibly because that item is actually out of stock. We will have notified you by email and refunded the cost of that item directly back to your method of payment. As an apology, we usually add in other items or "level up" your order at no cost to you. We accept any major credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We also accept Cash and Checks if you are within 10 miles of our warehouse, or you see us at a Pop-Up event.
